Promoting Equitable Partnerships through promoting fairness for women in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics)

Promoting women in STEM and women’s empowerment can unlock human potential on a transformational scale. For societies to thrive, women and girls must have equal access to education, and technology.
Girl-led movements are stopping child marriage and demanding action in trail-blazing fields of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) – asserting their power as global change-makers.
We must enlist our support for the empowerment of women and girls across their lifespan, and also encourage them to challenge the negative cultural and social definitions that can limit their own ability to achieve their full potential.
WAAW Foundation is promoting the Research Fairness Initiative called ‘2021 – Year of Equitable Research Partnerships‘ during which we are calling for the promoters of equitable partnerships to become a top priority for all stakeholders.
