I am Okafor Lilian Ugochi, a Programs Associate at the WAAW Foundation, where I support the planning, implementation, and coordination of programs aligned with the Foundation’s mission to advance STEM education for African girls. I am a Chemical Engineering graduate of the Federal University of Technology Owerri, and I bring a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving approach to my work.

In addition to my technical background, I am a writer with a keen interest in clear communication and storytelling. I apply this skill in program documentation, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. I am deeply committed to contributing to impactful initiatives that promote educational access, capacity building, and the empowerment of young women in STEM.
