Favour John is an analytical Computer Science student, social media strategist, and technology enthusiast at the University of Benin. Deeply moved by the high rate of secondary school dropouts within her local community—where youth between 12 and 19 routinely abandoned education for precarious labor due to a lack of guidance—Favour designed, funded, and executed a free community career and self-discovery program. Her structured initiative equipped local teenagers with critical digital path-mapping, mental clarity models, and life coaching to help them rediscover their educational purpose. As a WAAW Scholar, Favour aims to specialize as an AI Developer and certified life coach, merging advanced machine learning frameworks with digital media strategies to create scalable personal development platforms for African youth.
