Odia Susan Tolulope is an academically elite third-year Marine Engineering cadet at the Nigeria Maritime University, Delta State. Navigating a heavily male-dominated maritime training landscape with uncompromising focus, Susan achieved the outstanding dual milestone of earning the absolute highest CGPA within her faculty at the 200 Level while being officially recognized as the Most Outstanding Female Cadet. She is a natural leader and trailblazer. As a WAAW Scholar, Susan plans to apply her marine engineering expertise to the mechanical and technological optimization of Africa’s marine transport fleets, intending to engineer high-efficiency maritime logistics systems that bolster cross-border trade.
