Bethlehem Derbie Agonafr is an adaptive Software Engineering student at Adama Science and Technology University in Ethiopia, raised by a dedicated single mother whose sacrifices drive her to give back. In her first year, she was selected by the HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control Office (HAPCO) to train under specialized nurses for the O-Plan SRH Program. Returning to campus, she bravely stepped up to lead sensitive group discussions, providing clear reproductive health education to young women to keep them safe and informed. To fund her studies, Bethlehem balances her software engineering workload with high school tutoring. Her ultimate goal is to become an elite engineer who builds scalable, custom digital platforms designed to grant underserved, marginalized communities access to reliable information and educational opportunities.
