WAAW foundation participated in 2016 NSE Exhibition

Participants from our 2016 Summer STEM camp were invited to participate in the Nigerian Society of Engineering (NSE) Abuja chapter Conference & Exhibition themed, “Engineering in this era of ¬†change” from August 24 – 27, 2016. They interacted with Industry experts and showcased STEM hands-on projects on SCRATCH, Arduino programming, and Windmill system. Exhibition was held at the National office of the Nigerian Society of Engineering in Abuja.

The conference was also an avenue for our Abuja team to connect with strategic stakeholders, like the National President of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, Engr. Otis Anyaeji, FNSE, FAEng, the Vice President of World Federation of Women in Engineering, Engr. Valene Agberagba, Director of NASENI, Engr. Agava Rasheed, Dean of Engineering University of Abuja, Engr. Dr. Kafayat Adeyemi and lots more.

The event also received wider media coverage by national television, radio stations and newspapers.

ABOUT NSE
