Permit me to state that i am personally moved by your schorlarship programme. In Ghana, the government has implemented the National youth and Employment Programme ICT Module. 

I can say that out of every 50 students per say, just 1 opted for ICT.

 wist to find out if such women can also benefit from this fund.
